I have to agree with the rest of the 1 Star reviews here. I scheduled a regular check-up with Dr. Salem. We barely spoke for ten minutes and she had her "Scribe" take notes. I asked to be scheduled for a colonoscopy. I had to take a "Class" about it. So they scheduled me for the class. When I showed up for my class appointment, they had cancelled it and did not even contact me. Said I had to take an online class now! What a complete waste of time. During my very first appointment to establish care, Dr. Salem described herself as a dog with a bone when it comes to solving medical issues - she doesn't give up until she finds the answer. Then I went to her with an actual medical problem. She displayed profound disinterest in trying to figure out my medical issue, and utter indifference to my suffering. When you have resorted to Google reviews to get a response you know you are helpless. Our medical industry is in rough shape- I try to give them the benefit of the doubt after some rough years but I can’t understand how an office (Optum) can be so inefficient.
