Everyone was professional, very pleasant and certainly knowledgeable about what they were doing. I was very comfortable with the ladies using the equipment….their instructions were simple and easy to follow.
Wonderful eye care practice. All are professional, friendly and supportive. Excellent care given.
Hard to get in touch with them first, and then before anything else, they ask you a million questions about how they’ll get paid before even asking what your medical issue is. Front desk/lady answering the phone is rude and has an attitude. If she hates her job, she shouldn’t take it out on prospective patients.
Dr. Gross is excellent and the staff does a great job as well.
