Dr. Gross is professional, calm, thorough and I have been with her for many years now. She performed my cataract surgery and was very clear and understood my fears. The results were excellent. The office itself is welcoming, and her staff are all excellent and well-trained.
Dr. Gross is extremely thorough during the exam, takes the time to listen and answers all your questions. She is up to date on all the new procedures in eye care and is an excellent surgeon. My husband and I have been patients for over 20 years and would highly recommend her for all your eye care needs.
I was early but was taken almost immediately. Little time elapsed between each step of the annual eye exam. Dr. Gross kept me informed of what she was doing. I was very satisfied.
