I am always greeted warmly by the office and by Dr.Gross. Dr.Gross is a great listener and is always very thorough. She is precise and accurate with her diagnosis.

Had been seeing Dr Gross for 5-10 years with no complaints. Prior to my cataract surgery we had a lengthy consultation concerning which type of lens to implant. Following the surgery which was one week later, she came out and said "Whoops' I put the wrong lens in your eye." She then reopened the eye and put the correct lens in, with resulting trauma to the eye which lasted 6-8 months. She's a good doctor, just don't let her operate on you. Airhead. Unbelievable.
Laceration to eye. My optometrist and a family friend recommended Dr. Gross. After verifying she takes my insurance an appointment was scheduled within 1.5 hours. Staff was courteous and helpful. One-half hour wait in office. Exam was very through and she took her time, explaining details and answering all my questions. Prescribed an antibiotic ointment, she administered 1st dose in office showing me the proper way to apply. She has a very friendly personality. Highly recommended.
