Get directionsI was at this horrible place in 2016. Please keep your family members out of here. They are abusive and withhold lifesaving medication. They also over medicate and make countless errors dispensing medication. Night staff was especially threatening saying no one would believe me if I told them what happened to me. Unfortunately, when I reported their abuses, they were correct. They didn't write down when they withheld my heart medication for 22 hours. I could have died, but since the nurse didn't write it down, it didn't happ... read more
My son had a very traumatic experience at this place. They scared him into staying longer by threatening him having to do a court appearance to be discharged. The visiting hours policy is horrendous - once a week for 45 minutes. For those struggling with mental health, they need access to their support network. His provider, Lisa McGee, was difficult to work with. Her communication with us was practically non-existent. She did not seek to find out family history, which would have been very beneficial in her treatment pl... read more

If I see anyone from this establishment again I will be in handcuffs. This place is one part removed from hell.
My daughter and I had to visit the free standing ER back in January for a possible fracture elbow. The staff was amazing and very caring. We did have an extended stay due to radiology delays, however the staff continued to update us the entire time.
Cedar Springs helped me be the man I am becoming. I came to the hospital a few months back because I was having a mental breakdown and was feeling suicidal.. I knew that I needed more help so I reached out, and I am glad I did. I stayed for a few days and was cared for by every one who crossed my path, they took great care of me. Once I was able to get my meds right I started feeling better, happier and ready to return to work, but I knew that I still needed more and I met a women (I cant remember her name) she helped me und... read more
They messed up my meds, but they were affirming and welcoming towards transgender patients. I'm one of them, so I can say from experience. They did some constructive meetings, check-ins, and safety planning. They made sure I wasn't in a bad place before they discharged me. I left with a frown because I hadn't felt so cared for by a hospital, and was sad to leave. Had Mexican food afterwards. Speaking of, there food is GOOD!!!
The nurses in the ICU 5th floor are some of the most unreliable lying nurses I have ever encountered,,, besides being arrogant they are ALL LIARS,,, even after the head managing director of nurses gave an order the nurses all lied and refused to do what she said,,, unbelievable !!! Head hospital officers should look into this sad situation all the nurses should be reviewed and put on a 90 day suspension.. does anyone know a good lawyer that is looking for a case against them... nough said, but I'm serious...
