Dr. Britt's love of community service first drew me to consider her as my OD. She is a wonderful person and an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
A YEAR after my Son seeing Dr, all of the sudden they show us with open balance, eventho when we had our appt this yr there was zero balance. The ONLY reason they told me I owe $133 from a yr ago was because "I" called them to request info on getting my son fitted for contacts. I find it appalling & questionable that they claim I owe them money from a year ago that I've never been billed for via mail, nor email & now they can't refIle w/insurance because it's been over a yr! Their incompetence
Doctor Britt prescribed computer designed progressive lenses when I actually needed single vision lenses for astigmatism. After complaining several times about headaches and blurry vision when using the new lenses, and redoing them another member of the staff prescribed to me single vision glasses. Long story short after 5 months I end up with single vision lenses at the price of progressive lenses. I only see Dr. Britt on first visit, after that she wasn't available to see me.Not professional.
Not a fan of doctor appointments, but Dr. Britt and her staff made this one easy. Very professional, efficient and I certainly felt like I was getting the best care for my eyes. Definitely recommend to families and individuals in Rockwall area.
