This place is horrible the pool is supposed to be open daily but ur lucky if u get to use it. Its always closed for "maintenance" but no one is working on it. The people living here are awful and have no respect for property. Id rather live in a box than here. STAY AWAY they also give you a patio but your not allowed to use it because they will take and throw out anything on a patio and charge you 75 dollars for throwing it in the trash
The pool is never open so whats the point of a pool
First of all let me take this opportunity to thank holly cove management and the staffs for hosting back to school pool party for the children. It's always a unique events where all residents gather to have fun. Management and staffs always taking extra steps to make sure residents needs are met. The safety of residents and the well bing is always management's first concerned. The Maintenance staffs on their feet everyday making sure our environments and our surroundings are safe. i wish to thank all the staff at holly cove for thier care of my stay i am sad to say i am moving back home due to my health i will miss everyone i have learned to call my family and u will always be in my heart if u want a place to live to be a family and not just a renter this is the place for u good by jackie venessa and julie thank u for everything, christine cox
