I placed a deposit to hold a one bedroom apartment until one comes available. I was not approved and I was told my deposit was mailed back to me on Jan 21, 2019. It is now May 7, 2019 and it hasn't arrived yet. Especially since I only live 5 miles away. I called more than 15 times and the staff says they will call me back but no return call YET. This is TOTALLY RIDCULOUS!!! I recommend to NEVER leave a deposit unless the one you are applying for it ready for move-in. Because they are quick to take your money but ridiculously... read more
