The management switched over in November last year and its gone to shit. I have been waiting since December for fixes in the aprtment and none of them have been dealt with. The fridge has been leaking water since I switched units, alot of sruff has rust on it, tub hasn't drained, the racks in the closet are coming off the wall, holes in the walls, stains on the carpets, bathroom sink is missing a drain plug, the sliding screen door is off its track, fans are squeaky. Managed by H&A property. Horrible experience with property manager and maintenance manager. Absolutely worst communication I have ever experienced in 20 years working with property managers providing a service. After practically begging for a service provider this past winter they have failed to pay a single invoice and dodged all communication. Beware as a service provider working for them. As far as a tenant you could be signing up to live somewhere with pour service from outside vendors due to management.
If y’all do anything today while place hunting, PLEASEEE read the apartment complexes reviews. Moving here was the BIGGEST mistake ever. The place is so old. Everything is old. The carpets have weird smells to them. The master bath tub has a sink at the back, so the water doesn’t drain properly. The sink leaks. Everything looks yellow!!! Being a resident for almost 4 years. After their last owner change the attention has become worse, they are never in the office. Their personnel on the main office don't communicate effectively or are not well trained. They don't answer to maintenance complaints. If you are looking for a new place to rent I would not recommend their service.
Lived here for three years (June 2021-June 2024) before moving to another state. Lived in the 2 bed + a den layout. Super spacious for a family of four and reasonably priced. However, the apartments are a bit dated. The community consists mostly of families, elderly people and young professionals. The property manager Julie was always nice, responsive and maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly.
