Being a resident for almost 4 years. After their last owner change the attention has become worse, they are never in the office. Their personnel on the main office don't communicate effectively or are not well trained. They don't answer to maintenance complaints. If you are looking for a new place to rent I would not recommend their service.

Lived here for three years (June 2021-June 2024) before moving to another state. Lived in the 2 bed + a den layout. Super spacious for a family of four and reasonably priced. However, the apartments are a bit dated. The community consists mostly of families, elderly people and young professionals. The property manager Julie was always nice, responsive and maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly. We lived in Hollow Creek IV for four years and loved it! Everything was well taken care of, and our landlord Julie was so kind and responsive. I can’t speak for the part of the complex that’s transferred ownership, but Hollow Creek IV was a great place to live.

Management needs to get their act together over resident behavior or the City of Peoria should address it. The speeding, loud music, hollering/fighting, suspicious activity near vehicles, etc. It will go downhill fast if not nipped in the bud!
