Hearing the "C" word scared me beyond words but the people here eased my fears. Everyone we have encountered is so super nice & very helpful. The people at Hollings are on my daily prayer list.

Without a pet scan or biopsy on my husband they put our family through hell with a huge miss diagnosed so people please beware
2013 I was diagnosed with ependymoma . Shortly after had a resection to remove the tumor. I started seeing Dr. Gigglio and now Dr Lindhorst. Both neuro oncologists. I totally respect and trust the care I receive. The 4 hour drive is well worth it.
My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma in April of 2014. He was in critical condition and we were told that he might not make it. That's when we found Hollings cancer center and found hope. The doctors, nurses and staff took us in their care and walked us through this journey. My husband has had numerous rounds of chemo and two stem cell transplants. They (MUSC) and HOLLINS CANCER CENTER, are giving my Sister wonderful care on treatments she receive. To date she has to continue treatment, my prayer is "PLEASE GOD CONTINUE BLESSING DOCTORS AND ALL CONCERN WITH KNOWLEDGE TO HELP THOSE FIGHTING CANCER!"
