I spent many years away from the dentist because of rather disappointing experiences. Necessity of a broken tooth coupled with a friend's referral brought me to Battlefield Dental, Dr. Cheng and staff. I've never felt more compelled to provide this kind of review - my experience with everyone at the office has been outstanding! The staff is friendly and attentive and I don't think I've ever met anyone (much less a dentist) as caring, concerned, and meticulous as Dr. Cheng. The staff from the front desk to the chair made me feel like a close friend or member of the family. The Hygienist and Doctor were very concerned with my comfort throughout the process. I hate going to the doctors and even more hate going to the dentist because I don't do pain well, but in my 53 years, Battlefield Dental at Chancellor is my best dental experience. I've been a patient for 2 years now.
