My Experience with Battlefield Dental It has been about 2 years since I last saw a dentist because my previous one retired, I chose Battlefield because it's in my neighborhood. This was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. The people who work there made sure I had a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a dentist.
Today, I brought my twin 4 yr old and 10 yr old daughter in for their cleanings. Dr. Cheng and his staff were so patient, so caring and provided us with an all-around superb dental experience. My 10 year old has always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. After seeing Dr. Cheng, he talked to her about her check-up, explained everything in detail and she left there telling me several times how much she really liked him and how she no longer fears going to the dentist. Having just moved to the area, we are thrilled to have found Dr. Cheng's practice. From the first phone contact to check-out, the team is extremely pleasant and professional. My hygienist is excellent and put me at ease. Dr. Cheng is kind and knowledgable. He took time to talk with me before the exam and was genuinely interested in me and my family. The office is very comfortable and there is a sense that everyone is happy with their job. I look forward to my 6 month follow-up. I highly recommend this practice.
