This was a good experience but after the deal was over they told me there was only one key (FOB), I did get two door/tailgate keys. I should have negotiated this prior to the hand shake since these FOB's are expensive. In addition, the "for sale" sign covered scratches on the window tint which I did not notice until I drove out of the lot. Once again my fault. The Hollern brothers were great to deal with. Van was priced right and they assisted with transporting it closer to our business for transfer. A nice quick deal!! I will definitely contact them when I am ready for a personal vehicle. I have already recommended them to my friends.
Very nice dealership. Love my explorer I bought from them. Reasonable prices. Just wish my vehicle would have been detailed before I brought it home
