I wanted specific info on options this car comes with. They answered my questions. I thanked them for responding, but told them I wanted a specific option before considering a purchase.
Sold the car before I could see it. Was very responsive via email and negotiated a good price via email. Even tried to get me a similar one when the other sold.
I contacted them by phone because they are some distance from me and they were very courteous and professional. I wasn't in a very good position to deal and they didn't push the issue so all in all it was a positive experience

After looking for sometime for our Nissan Rouge and after countless phone calls to other dealers and then making the trip to to them just to find out they had changed their minds between our phone conversations and our arrival at the dealership. We found that this dealer ship showed great integrity and was really a great experience in dealing with them .
