Hands down the worst management in Tallahassee. They raise the rent but refuse to do any updates or spray for pest control when its included in rent! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!
own a unit next to one they manage, had damage from the hurricane here we are 2 mths out, nothing done, and the property is left with no tarp, has leaked into my unit and we still have nothing being done. Can't get them to take any responsibility for anything. NO calling us back, nothing
I currently live in one of the properties that this company leases. After SEVERAL attempts to have our deck and stairs REPLACED they merely sent out a "shade tree" handy man to patch them up and save money. Up until they were coded by the City of Tallahassee because of this being a safety hazard. ONLY then is when they decided to take REAL action..
