I'm changing urologists today not so much because of Dr. Seifman but because of his recordkeeping system. It took 2 hours today to request my records to be sent to a doctor in AZ. This office uses a third-party records business that you have to request transfers through—nobody in MI can help. The online request form has a bug in the State field (using Android), which prevents the request from being completed. Am I the first to find this, and they just learned of it today? Doubtful. I was greeted when I arrived. I saw the doctor with little waiting room time. He was friendly and knowledgable.
Professional staff and friendly.
Dr. Seifman is one of my favorite doctors, great listener and helpful. Would highly recommend.
