I'm very un-happy with this Glass Company (Hollander Glass). I order a double pane glass and I thought that would be it but no! They were asking for up-front payment. That wasn't the real problem so I called and spoke with Maria Escobar and she told me that, that was their company policy. I ask to speak with a manager and the manager precedes to tell me the same thing. I told her that I would do it and that I didn't like that I had to do that.
