Just started with the "challenge", but SO impressed! Love my 5am Trainers! Every day is different and I'm in and out in under an hour. Nothing but Praise!

Starting FBBC has been one of the best decisions of my life. You can really see and feel the results, and it's only 30 minutes! ALL of the trainers are just amazing. Even the owners will come and do the workouts with you! Big shoutout to Lark, an afternoon trainer, she is the reason I continued coming when I was new. Great workout, dedicated staff and trainers who meet you where you are on your fitness journey and then push you to the next level! Can't say enough good things about Tim and the other trainers!
I have been going to South Holland Fit Body boot camp for just about 6 months now. It is the absolute best. I have tried other gyms and they do not even compare to the great workout I get here. The trainers are absolutely amazing and keep you motivated and wanting more. I can't say enough about Chris and Tina they are amazing owners and they work with you and encourage you. Absolutely love my Fit Body Boot Camp family and I'm super excited to see what the future holds for me here. Love it love it love it.
