I just had my 1 year anniversary at HSFBBC. What a life changer!!! On 3/15 I had surgery for a benign brain tumor called Accoustic Neuroma, its a tumor on your hearing, balance and facial nerve. I had nausea, head aches and balance problems almost everyday since my surgery. Now its very rare for me to have nausea or head aches. I feel so much better physically! Not to mention I have lost about 45 pounds. I cannot say enough good things about Fitbody! You guys rock!!! So thankful that I joined!
