RecommendedI love my apartment. I have great neighbors, and the maintenance team is on the ball.
Such a great atmosphere, friendly neighbors and staff, and location is fantastic!
My neighbors are friendly, the rates are fair, and the apartments are clean. That would be enough to get 3 stars, but what really puts Holland Park above the rest is the front end staff. I have worked with Daysee many times, and she always smiles, knows my name, and consistently goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff are great too, but Daysee has helped me many times and she just is awesome. Thank you for everything!
I would rate it a 1 after my most recent experience... But while living here it hasn't been all bad. I will never live in or recommend this community to another person! Customer service and resident care are POOR!
