Why am I not getting a call back, a text back, an email back…. Nothing! I’m trying to make an appointment but no one is responding. What is going on?!
Reached out multiple times. Finally got to speak with the vet. Was told she’d call me back to get my girl set up for an appointment the following Monday. Never heard back from her. That’s was 2 months ago. Makes me sad. Holistic care is not easy to find.
I've not actually had an appointment with the doctor, as I've left two messages and requested online to schedule an appointment and have never had a return call or email. I don't know what the magic formula is to receive a call back, but this is not a great first impression whatsoever.
