Showed up for my intake appointment ten minutes early. No receptionist present, just a waiting room immediately upon walking in with a sign that says "have a seat, your therapist will be right with you." I sit for forty minutes when two other therapists notice and ask who I am there to see. I tell them, they tell me to remain in the waiting area patiently.
