DO NOT COME HERE! Worst company! They are incompetent! Thank god my therapist left them. Their billing department has no idea what is going on. It took them 5 months to bill me for ONE appt in January. I was self pay in 2025 and then I moved to Medicare in January 2026 but my account still says self pay. Most places let you pay like the new place my therapist is at. Since January I kept trying to pay for my Medicare bill but they didn't know how to do that. Showed up for my intake appointment ten minutes early. No receptionist present, just a waiting room immediately upon walking in with a sign that says "have a seat, your therapist will be right with you." I sit for forty minutes when two other therapists notice and ask who I am there to see. I tell them, they tell me to remain in the waiting area patiently.
