Personal Training I really enjoy having Chris as my trainer, he is very detailed and makes sure that you are doing the exercise in the correct form that is going to give you the best result. Chris also will advise you on proper nutrition, giving you the cons and pros about eating right and making better food choices, so if you are looking for someone who is dedicated in getting you the body you desire, call Chris he is awesome.
AMAZING Trainer I trained with Chis for a while. He taught me so much about boxing and kick boxing that it really did change my life. Not only do you get a GREAT work out, it is fun.
