RecommendedMy husband, myself and 2 grand-daughters stayed here Oct 5 - 8th. It was clean and all staff was very nice. Only complaint I would have is the full bed we slept in was hard. (IF) they upgraded all the beds I'd give it five stars for cleanliness and comfort. Sure hope it survived hurricane Michael. We left two days before it hit.
Good affordable place to stay
Spring break 2002 was so much fun. Was close to everything. Great view off the balcony. 2003 in Sept for thunder Run we hadn't plan. Still enjoyed.
We have stayed here the last 2 times we have went to panama. Love it. I do however wish they had a hair dryer. With that being my only complaint I give it 5 stars....
I was apprehensive because this was our first vacation there. Our room was nice. Dated linens but very clean. There were 7 of us and we got the 3 bedroom ( that's not 3 seperate rooms), and we took an air mattress. We had plenty of room. Bathroom is roomy and balcony was very enjoyable and relaxing. Only wish it had a light for the balcony and more elevators. There is only 2 for 7 floors so at times we had to wait but not too long. We loved having the kitchenette.
Our stay here came down to one thing........horrible house keeping. They didn't come to clean the room until our third day there, and that was because we stopped the cleaning lady and asked her. On our fifth day, we asked for the sheets to be changed, to which her reply was "really? All of them?". We went to the front desk to complain and were told we weren't even on the list! They only vacuumed one time during our stay. The WiFi doesn't reach past the second floor, so we had to go to the lobby to use it. The best part about... read more
Best place on the beach.front desk was great. House keeping was great. Refrigerator was making a noise had us a replacement in 30min.
