Awesome to see it hasn't changed since I was a kid been going there my whole life same great food same huge homemade delicious desserts �
We have been purchasing cakes there for years and this last cake was disappointing. On top of not writing the message in the requested green color (which hasn't been an issue for 20+years) the layer of icing between the two cakes was half an inch thick. While their icing is good it was a bit too much. Sorry to say we won't be buying a cake from them again...
Great food, service and atmosphere! Like stepping back in time - prices are great too.
Been coming to this place since the 50's. Family tradition to stop in for a burger and delicious cake or pie whenever we are on island. Very much a LBI treasure. Casual dress for sure, and the baked goods made on site! My grandkids love it here.
It's like stepping back in time!! Awesome food and the homemade pie's are to die for.( Wish I had a slice of Banana cream pie Ummmm!! My favorite!! My kids love it there. We roll off the beach with our suits on, grab lunch and go back to the beach. Awesome!! For those of you that go and eat with me know how picky I am. Holiday snack shop is an L.B.I. Landmark. Check it out!
Unbelievable! First time eating here with my wife and 4 year old son. I ordered the Smash Burger and after it was gone in 0.25 seconds, I ordered another one immediately. Needless to say, my wife ordered another cheeseburger and my son ate all of his. We all got shakes too, cookies and cream- WOW! Also reasonably priced. I am extremely happy we came here and we will certainly be back. I highly recommend this place.
Take a trip back to the 50's and 60's! The Holiday has been in business for many, many years! From sitting on stools around a large wooden counter, to seeing all the delicious homemade desserts, it is a treat! The relish and sweet/sour sauce for their burgers is unique to this restaurant. It wouldn't be summer without weekly trips to this treasured place! Great job, great food!
