We booked a room but had to cancel due to covid-19 . It’s been 10 days since we cancelled still no refund on a $700 stay!! We have called several times and they said it was booked through agoda I have no clue what agoda even is!! We are disputing the charges through our bank!! WARNING DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS HOTEL YOU WILLNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL

Hotel is outdated, beds are ridiculously small, breakfast is $10/person and front desk staff are rude and unhelpful! Will not be booking another stay here!

Our trip to St. Louis wouldn’t have been complete without a stay South County Holiday Inn. The people there go over the top to make our stay enjoyable. Been staying at this hotel with our band and family for 16 years now. Gets better every time. Thanks to all of you!
