We were made to wait 45 minutes past check in to be able to go to our rooms - we booked two. When we got upstairs only one room was ready, the maid was still in the other. When we asked why the room wasn't ready she replied very rudely that she told the front desk it would be another 20 minutes, which meant we waited over an hour past check in. We just had our reception at Holiday inn and everything to the planning process, food and setup was perfect.... The staff was so friendly and great to work with. Our guests really enjoyed the food!!!! Highly recommended!
i had the most wonderful stay there I would rate the hotel with a 5 star rating the staff was very helpful and pleasant the rooms were very nice and clean food was excellent I would definitely go back there
