it would have been a 4 but they left the the towels on the tub and folded the dirty used towels on the rack and the dirty face cloth on the corner of the tub when I called down and asked for new dry towels they never took the dirty wet towels out just brought us towels and threw them on the bed The breakfast was amazing the staff was amazing they made sure Gluten Free Item and would have made me what ever kind of Eggs i wanted . they did also give my son a free room for our trouble
