I’ve been staying at Holiday Inn Expresses for many years (Spire Elite Member) and this was one of the more disappointing visits. The rooms have no outdoor insulation which made for a very noisy night. We checked the window to see if it was open and it was actually cracked and poorly sealed. The breakfast selection was also disappointing compared to most Holiday Inn Express hotels. Will not be staying here again.
do not get room 111. try to lay down and watch t.v. while I charged phone. u can't because the 4 outlets on both sides of bed are dummies. they dont work. go and try working outlet under the t.v. and you csnt watch t.v. it interrupts the cable and goes completely static. as for taking a shower. my kids took a shower and the water came out all the way to the bedroom. the floor slants. you need sand bags to keep water in bathroom. it slants down so bad from the walk-in shower. this is not what I paid for.

Amazing staff, we are IHG members, we arrived into San Antonio 4 hours early and we were able to check in, the staff go above and beyond. Keep up the great customer service!!!
