Great friendly hotel service very clean! Perfect walking distance to the Alamo and riverwalk!

People talk too much shit just to get money out of this business. It's an okay overall hotel.
I have had a very good experience the rooms were cleaned good everyday the breakfast could be a little better but overall I had a very nice stay
Just a terrible experience all the way around . The room they gave us was dirty beyond belief. Urine stains on the side of the toilet. Mold and mildew on the ceiling of the restroom. I took pictures and showed it to the front desk personal. Also emailed them to the manager. They said unfortunately they we book and couldn't give us another room.
