The worst Holliday inn ever. Just nasty. Bad customer service
I stayed here on August 6,2016 with 4 friends, went to bar and lobby and was very hot,asked in bar about a/c and they said maintenance said unit was not big enough and had been tgat way for a a time and nonthing was to be done, it was not running and said it would not be. Who would want to saty here again not me and lobby was hot!!! got no response, every thing else ok 1 star
Booked 6 rooms for a large bachelorette party. Got charged a higher rate than quoted, some(not all) of the front desk staff are absolutely rude and incompetent. They charged 2 of the girls that were with me over $600 on each of their credit cards (they had their cards for parking purposes ONLY)when the rooms were all in my name under my card. Spent thousands of dollars for by far the worse traveling experience of my life. Talked to other guest who were having similar issues. Ruined weekend for sure!!!!
I stayed here with my mum from the 9th until the 17th July & can honestly say that this hotel was amazing & the staff were absolutely brilliant to us. Will definitely be back . This place does not deserve a 5 ⭐️ but a 10 ⭐️
