Stayed the week of Sept 14. Found bloody towels in bathroom and A/c didn't work. called desk and they wanted us to move rooms at 2 AM. I am a reward member and they didn't even do anything.

We checked out on a Sunday morning and drove straight to Southhaven to eat breakfast and noticed damage to the back rear panel on the drivers side of our new car. My husband called and told them we were headed back. Paperwork was filled out and we were told their insurance would call us. Long story short, we were told after review of camera footage , this damage was not on the car when the valet brought it down. I do not recommend this hotel if you are coming to Memphis from out of town. I was in Memphis to photograph a wedding. Prior to beginning the wedding day, we attempted to check in to our reserved room at 9am and they stated to come back at 3pm (which is fine). I made them aware that we were wedding photographers so we would be back to check in after 10pm. We arrived back to the hotel at 10:30, tried to check in and we were told that they were FULL and could not get us into our room as they had already given it to someone els... read more
Don’t come here. There valet service scratched my vehicle, the head person said the damage was not the vehicle when we checked in, we saw it after we left and they tell me I must have hit someone after we left. I have stayed there for years with no real troubles, but will NEVER go back after that!!!😡😡😡
Stayed one night while in town for the Grizzlies game. We chose this hotel for the convenience as we usually stay further from the stadium and use that hotel’s shuttle service. We thought we would give Holiday Inn a try but regretted our choice and will be going back to our old faithful! Upon walking in, we were met with chaos.
