The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was all really nice. The breakfast was really good. I don't guess I have ever had a waiter or waitress serve me at a hotel before. I would definitely go back and stay next time I'm in Little Rock
Had ants in my room. Told front desk and left note for housekeeper. Came back after work and still had ants.
What a joke !! Dirty room. The breakfast waffles-2 eggo or wm brand , frozen watery fruit( maybe 2 strawberries 3 blueberries ). Total crap. That was 7.95. The egg white omelet had maybe 1 egg. Never again.
Had a horrible breakfast experience weekend ONLY reason i would go back is because my server made sure me and my husband both left happen after she saw me taking a picture of what suppose to be a omelet she ask if i would like my order re made and after the cook failed 2 times making my order she went back there and did herself (wish i would of took a picture of hers too) i dont remember her name but when you meet her you can tell she sweet and love what she do she apologized serveral time on the cook behalf and even gaves u... read more
Was there for my daughters Mary Kay event and the meeting room was beautiful and spacious
Beautiful hotel however I think the General Manager is trying to make his year end bonus. A day when it's 31 outside he will not allow the heat in in the lobby or the restaurant area? 60 inside. Not good business. I can only imagine how hot and sticky it is in here in the summer. Give he probably does not want the AC on.
