I have huge concerns about one of your employees, Taylor. I made a post on this page addressing it. Please refer to guests post to read more.
Hallway smells like cigarette smoke. Rooms need to be updated. Not the quality of any Holliday Inn I have ever stayed in.
I have called several times and left the manager voicemails for price quote for meeting room/party room reservations still no return call. I also left message with front desk staff still no return call.
The only reason I gave it a 2 was for a clean room. I checked in and was told breakfast was free. The next morning they said it was only for the adults because my children were over 11. I ask for a discount since we were lied to and was told the price was set and couldn't be changed. So we got our free breakfast, which was nasty, didn't even eat and drove to get us breakfast. For the price of this hotel I'd stay at the Hampton with free coffee and cookies all day, much nicer rooms, and breakfast buffet.
They have really been good to us (West Valley Church of Christ) I really recommend this Holiday Inn to stay at and to have functions there. Thank You!🙋
