Surprises at every touch point ! Checked in at midnight - friendly n attentive staff. Nice view from the rooms, great shower ! Fabulous breakfast ! Location was good for me too ! Will definitely stay again !
We were pleasantly surprised by the proximity of this hotel to the Lackland AFB. We went for our godchild’s graduation and we were able to walk down to the base!! Great job done by the hotel staff.
The staff is extremely friendly and remembers your likes and dislikes. Peaceful and serene location –with very comfortable food. What more do you want?
It was a last minute decision to stay there while on business to the city....probably one of the best decisions I ever made.. The absolutely fantastic staff who would go out of the way to help you feel at home and took every possible care one can imagine. Don’t miss out on the wonderful Lila’s restaurant. Will definitely go there again when I visit San Antonio.
Staff was friendly and very helpful, they gave good directions, knew the in's and out's of getting onto Lackland AFB during graduation ceremonies (e.g. get at the base by around 6 am to avoid traffic back-ups at the gate). It was a very easy atmosphere, and the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable there. I'd absolutely stay there again.
Except for the breakfast, I was happy with the accommodations. It was easy to find and accessible to the Lackland base quickly.
