When I think of a great hotel, the Holiday Inn is the first name to pop into my mind. I have always enjoyed great service there, and the prices couldn't be better! If you're looking for a great place to stay, they are the place I would suggest.
I am a very satisfied return customer! I've been to the Holiday Inn four times now, and I always have a good experience there. If you're looking for a great hotel, they're a great place to stay.
My mother is in a wheelchair, and we needed to stay at a Holiday Inn for a few days. Some hotels are not very accommodating to people with handicaps, but not the Holiday Inn. They were gracious and helpful, and made her smile. They put us in a room on the ground floor so she didn't have to deal with the stairs or elevator, and they helped us get her luggage to her room. It was a wonderful experience, I would go back for sure!
I love the Holiday Inn because I can exercise while I'm staying there! As a frequent traveler, I try to stay in shape. Some motels don't offer a workout room or pool so it's hard to keep on a fitness schedule. Thankfully Holiday Inn accommodates fitness junkies like me. :)
The Holiday Inn is an excellent place to stay for a single traveler or a large family. I have been in both situations and have never had a bad experience.
We travel a lot because my husband is a journalist. He and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and motels over the years, and our favorite is the Holiday Inn. Our personal favorite is the Holiday Inn in San Antonio, we love to vacation in that city and the accommodations are wonderful.
I recently spent a little over 1 week staying at this property. Really loved the quality of service - right from check in, housekeeping, laundry, valet, restaurants and in room dining - it was service with a smile, knowledgeable staff, and always eager to please.
A great hotel that is very reasonably priced for its situation, style and excellent service. And the restaurants are superb too! But the best thing at this hotel is the genuine interest and enthusiasm of the staff.
We went to attend our son’s graduation and wanted something close to the base. Rooms were clean, great staff, tasty food rates and the location was very convenient to us.. Planning on future visits to Lackland and we will stay at Holiday Inn again.
