I LOVE it here!!!! Everyone is so nice, complimentary wine and cheese and fruit and breakfast is great! Pillows are soft- I can go on and on....
The breakfast buffet was ice cold. The room was nice but all the windows are badly in need of washing. I ordered a scotch at the bar and was told there was a 2 dollar "upcharge" to add ice to the drink. 2 dollars for ice when there was an ice machine just down the hall. The server was very apologetic and nice, but I've never, ever heard of such a thing. Mattress was too hard for me, but overall above average. Go elsewhere to have a drink.
Stayed here for business. The customer service is exceptional! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I left my personal pillow in the room after I left, and Gaby and Donna at the front desk were so helpful with making arrangements to ship it to me. Everyone made my stay so enjoyable! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
Comfortable, great service, and who can complain about warm fresh brownies in the lobby during check in time �
