The water in our room doesn't get above room temperature. Guest services could only offer an apology.
Several visits here. Mixed feelings about this place once again. While signs are everywhere saying this is a smoke free hotel, why is it all three visits, the hallways stink of cigarette smoke and weed? Why are people hanging out in the parking lot at night with beer bottles? Are they even guests? It's happened during each visit, however, we thought to give the place another chance.
