I am giving this hotel ZERO stars…. The front desk staff was very nice, except the “manager” Isadora Silva. Having a nasty, rude and heartless person like her running your hotel is sure to make you lose a ton of business! From the first day we walked in, our room felt wet, damp, muggy and smelled like a dirty locker room, we asked to be moved to another room, which was not much better and also very tight, not very spacious at all.
