The hotel has definitely gone down hill. The rooms have a musty odor, the HVAC was acting up, the bathroom shower was leaking, the blinds were broken. They charge an awful lot of money for a hotel that is that rundown.
Breakfast was good and on time. Toaster was broken on right side on last day. Sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable for my kid and it was like sleeping right on the metal. Our bed was also uncomfortable and the air quality in the room was not the best. The suite has separate AC in the room which is so noisy you will wake up every time it kicks on. The biggest issue was the lack of care the housekeeping staff has for the shower. The amount of mold/mildew on the side of the shower is unacceptable. A little bleach works wonders o... read more
