It’s 22 May 2026: I realize children are children, but to let them run wild in the lobby and play soccer just outside the hotel is unacceptable. There are adults who prefer to rest after 9 PM rather than listen to the impact of chaos.
We've stayed at this location many times as we do a training in town throughout the year. My team showed up at 11:00 pm, there were 4 people in two rooms saying for 3 nights. The woman working the desk was extremely rude, disrespectful and combative. My team claims she was that way from the time they walked through the door. We've done this exact scenario, I book rooms and my team stays, a number of times over the past few years.
