I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites South Omaha by the Ralston Arena, and it was so nice! Even before I arrived, I had to make a call about room preference, and could not believe how nice and helpful Josh was. (I believe that was his name.) Checking in, Adriana was a delight, and gave some wonderful suggestions for places to check out and get food. The room was impeccable. The bed was a little firm, but very comfortable. The Holiday Inn Ralston Arena has it all. Super helpful front desk, an amazing pool/hottub, vending machines everywhere, a really nice cleaning team, and great rooms. It's also in a nice, quaint area that's close to just about all of the cool attractions that Omaha has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel.
I'm a mattress/linen snob, but this luxe, king size bed was heaven - slept like a baby. The in-room thermostat kept me cozy without overheating the room (I hate that). Check-in was easy and though I didn't need much, the hotel was well-staffed and service was great. The gym was clean and there were 4 different cardio machines, towels, water and a TV. The continental breakfast was a dream! Low-call options and a magical pancake machine that I've never seen before. Thanks!
First of all, the staff here was very warm and welcoming which is much appreciated after a long drive. The room was clean and included every amenity I wanted. I also appreciate that the hot tub was hot but not overly hot. Sometimes places keep them so hot that I can't spend more than 5 minutes in there. This one was the perfect temperature for a long relaxing soak. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning is wonderful! They really go all out. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while.
Not too bad experience overall. The staff were very nice and friendly. Very clean and nice place. My only thing is was the beds were so hard. I felt like I was sleeping on a board.
I had an amazing stay here at the Holiday Inn. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was in a great location (right next to the arena), and parking was very easy. I travel a lot for business, and I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel this quiet before. I was able to get a full 8 hours of sleep (which I needed), as the beds in the hotel were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was super clean, and the internet in the room was very fast.
