The pool is a mess. It was fogged over so bad you could hardly see across the pool. The Sheetrock is falling apart in many spots. The fix was to open the windows and let 15 degree air inside?? Icing on the cake was the lip balm that had been in there long enough to start rusting.Took 3 tries to get us a room that had a heater that wasn’t squealing. Unfortunately this hotel and its management don’t live up to the Holiday Inn name.

Convenience to everything
Found a squatter in my room. Room was dirty so i requested a different room. My friend also received her room dirty so they had to give her a different room as well. Over all i feel the staff and cleaning could have been done better. I don’t understand how someone can get a random room pass and pass out for hours and the staff not be aware. Just tells me that the safety here isn’t taken serious.
It was ok my room was nice neat and clean... just a lil expensive 129.00 a night it’s well worth it. But it was a couple of strands of hair in my bathtub other than that no it was good..,
The staff was very helpful and got me a room,even though I hadn’t made a reservation in advance..
Desk clerk very nice young man goes beyond and above to make a stay a good one. Very nice variety breakfast. Rooms very clean and nicely stocked
