I want to recognize the outstanding service provided by the hotel manager, Lesia Beard, at the Holiday Inn express in Muncie, Indiana. She went above and beyond to help us find a room when we had nowhere to stay. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. I absolutely love this hotel! We/I travel a lot and when I come to see my kiddos and grandkids I stay here. This hotel has the best most friendliest people that I have ever met. Laci the GM is beyond amazing. Her and her staff go above and beyond for their customers. The hotel is always clean, very well kept. From the time I walk in the door I feel like I’m at home.
