The staff is very courteous and helpful! Rooms are clean and spacious. Second here and will be back!!
We have made this our hotel when visiting the area to see family or when my wife needs a place to stay for her business. The best thing about this hotel is Lesia, who is just a wonderful representative of the hotel on the phone and in person. Lisa is the kind of person that other companies should hire to train their people on how to do customer service.
Stayed here while attending the John Mulaney comedy show at Ball State. Everything was perfect from check in with desk clerk Lesia, to room comfort and cleanliness, to the really very good breakfast Monday morning before checkout. At check in with Lesia, she was very friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. Something we did always see at some hotels. Give her a thank you from us. The lady servicing breakfast was cheerful and friendly as well. Both people are a plus for the hotel
Very friendly and accommodating staff, I've stayed here a few times now, rooms are always clean!
