I give it a low rating due to the fact that our room so freaking hot & we really suffered through out our stay & check out we aren't afforded the opportunity for a refund or asked if we'd like to get coupon for another nights stay, we were offered 20000 points to which to date we never received.
Close to mall, polite staff, shuttle to mall, great beds, good hot breakfast, nice pool, nice rain shower head but very bad water pressure. Good stay, would return.
Had to stay because of an airline delay. Ken at the front desk was awesome and so very helpful, he turned my frown upside down. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows not the same as the high $ hotel i left earlier in the day but good enough for a lovely ong sleep. Free coffee and breakfast are welcome.
Beds are uncomfortable but by far some of the worst pillows ever.
