I used to stay at the hotel right next to this one and started having a terrible experience there. The Holiday Inn express in Farragut was wonderful! They cleaned my room every single day, the breakfast was well stocked and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful…no complaints. It was just a great place to stay. I highly recommend!

The location is unbeatable with it right in Farragut. However, the room is outdated, and the we stayed in had a leaky window that let water in and accumulated around the AC unit. If the main reason you book this hotel is for the EV charging station, I would urge you to consider again. The EV charging fee is way overpriced. We had charged for 12 hours and it was only at 80% charged with the bill came out to be $53. A different hotel we stayed at charged $15 for parking but was able to give us the full free charge in 6 hrs. Br... read more
