For a well traveled hotel, this one is one of the cleanest I have visited.
We had to make a last-minute change to our hotel reservations from another IHG hotel while we were in town dropping our daughter off at UTK. During an emotional and stressful time, it was so refreshing to arrive and find this sweet note waiting for us. 😊 This person has no idea how much their note meant to us! It’s so nice to know that people still take pride in their jobs and genuinely care about their customers. We enjoyed the rest of our visit so much! 🧡🤍
No complaints. Nicee clean modern hotel. Decent breakfast buffet. Front counter staff is all friendly and knowledgeable.
The last time I stayed here my door wouldn't lock. This time the heater kept turning off. Probably won't go back. Just went to reserve a room there for a trip to Knoxville. The room prices have almost doubled. The Holiday Inn Expresses on Cedar Bluff and Papermill have not raised their prices similarly. Staying there instead. Oh well. 9/2026-they lowered their prices, back to what they were. I went back. Very clean. Friendly staff.
