We have stayed here twice in the last few weeks. The hotel is your typical older holiday inn express, rooms are ok, a bit dated. Their pool is nicer than the average IHG pool, on the larger side and clean. Their lobby is very very clean. Front desk staff are so so depending on who you get. Wanda who looks after the continental breakfast is phenomenal. In October of 2025, My daughter and I got off the highway due to an accident. She was experiencing trouble with her laptop and had an essay due and it was crunch time. We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go.
