Heather the white lady was being racist to most customers in the lobby. She told us rudely our name was on the waiting list in 2nd place but people were getting rooms before us. She didn't even care to check upbon us while we wanted in the lobby for 5 hours. She was hiding in the back the whole time. Horrible service. Rating is a 0. We had a reservation and checked in but Heather and the other employees let us sit in the lobby from 6-9:40pm leading us on that we were going to get a room soon and never got us a room that we booked and reserved. They tried to offer us a room with one bed when we reserved a bedroom with 2 beds for 3 people AT the same price, they were trying to scam us. I enjoyed my experience, the room was clean and the service was excellent. Lady who helped me at the Front Desk was friendly and efficient, so much so that I noted her name - Heather - so I could give her kudos. I would stay here again for sure.

When I checked in, I was given a room key for a room and when I went to enter, there was already 2 guests inside. I accidentally walked in on a lady who was naked getting out of the shower. I was absolutely astonished, mortified, and upset because I had children with me who also saw. Horrible experience, I had to wait almost FIVE hours just to not get a room. The system was down and all the rooms were booked, including the fact that they founded rooms for other customers when me, my mother, and father were there beforehand. Don't come here, I had high expectations here but none of them met them unfortunately.
