We love this hotel. For the last 6 years we travel from Olean and stay in the jacuzzi room for the weekend and go to the circus and shopping. The staff is great and go out of their way on anything we need. The rooms are clean and never a problem to get extra towels. Breakfast bar is great and always fresh. Can't wait till our next visit.
Honestly, the hotel itself was wonderful! BUT the breakfast attendants were rude.... Terrible in demeanor, packing stuff up early, etc. We carried our fruit to our table Togo back for oatmeal only to have it packed up/locked up at 9am as we sat there. Terrible customer service!!!! We felt bad for the people behind us.
