The concierge on the night shift was awesome. our Whirlpool suite smelled like cigarette smoke. we chose not to move, he suggested talking to management in the morning. In the morning we found silverfish coming out of the Jets on the Whirlpool tub. At checkout I let the woman at the desk know, and showed her the silverfish. She commented that she has them in her home on occasion and it's no big deal. She then threw it in the trash, STILL ALIVE. I was part of a wedding party/ hotel block on September 28th and I was very very unhappy and disappointed with not only my room but the customer service. Everyone who was part of the hotel block got charged a different rate and the guy at the front desk was out right rude. He was ignoring the groom and walking away from everyone.
