When I reserved the room I put my credit card on file to hold the room and specifically told them not to charge my credit card because we were going to use another card. Well they charged my card and put it on that's what happens on some automatic system crap. Nevertheless it is going to take me 3 to 10 business days to get my funds back because of some system crap. Gonna keep this one short, but please read to be warned. Rooms are great. Clean, comfy. But the tubs and showers have NO traction. My dad fell in the shower when we were here and I can confirm that it was extremely slippery. Just be warned if you’re elderly, have balance issues, or injure easily.
Breakfast is subpar at best! The elevators are old and scary, they don't work half the time, and when they do loud noises, buttons do not work, noises and slow moving function. When asking the staff about a late check out because of unexpected business needs, the staff replied" we cannot, we gave all our late checkouts yesterday "....In my 20 years of business travel, I have never been denied a late checkout or been told that...This is my second time here and the last
1st room was literally missing the couch. Wall banged up. 2nd room smelled like smoke. 3rd time was better- haha. Hopefully this hotel is going to be renovated soon. It needs it! No gluten free breakfast options that were 'safe'.
