Great place to stay, Applebees, Red Ox Brewery and Dave & Busters all within 20 yards of each other. Location is great, malls. Meijer, Home Depot and lots of other shops. This hotel is perfect, clean, great beds, good breakfast, computer room, Wi-Fi, indoor pool and friendly front desk employees.
Refrigerator in room was very noisy the kids had fun in the pool the rooms were nice and clean was disappointed they didn't have a hot tub
Wonderful place! Stayed for 2 nights. No complaints. Clean rooms, staff helpful and nice. Hot tub was wonderful!! If ever we need a place to stay on that side of town we will be staying there..... Thank you !
The only reason they are getting a 1 star review is because there is no 0 star option! I stayed for two nights a month ago, they messed my reservation up and on the second night the room I was in started leaking from the ceiling all over the bed my daughter was in ruined her clothes, and the other room had pieces of carpet missing. I was supposed to receive the money back on my credit card plus a certificate for a 2 night stay. Still have not received anything! Internet very slow....rooms are fine but my washroom has a funky smell to it? I think its the shower curtain...oh and my TV remote will not power on or off the TV, TV needs an up grade very old sounds like a jet when warming up...
The room was big and clean! Loved it! Staff was great!
