Extremely disappointed, DO NOT stay here! Beyond the poor quality of the property, the property leadership is extremely unprofessional. I booked two nights here. I wasn’t looking for the Four Seasons, just a clean and safe place to rest. Nancy at the front desk was great and doing the best she could, but clearly upper management doesn’t care about maintaining this location up to the standard all guests should expect from an IHG property. Average hotel at best. Staff is nice enough. Lots of small issues with the rooms. TV not working. Damaged flooring and carpet in high traffic areas. Good for a nights rest.
