Waiting with all the luggages outside the room and the room key doesn’t work. They gave us the broken key and we went thrice to front desk (downstairs) but still no one acted promptly. They have lethargic staff who do not provide services. Would not recommend.
I had an amazing stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The comfortable rooms and excellent amenities made my trip truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Nancy was the best!! 5 stars on service and gave me a room fitting for me and even called when i got a deliveries
