This is a great hotel Holiday Inn Express Me and my father recently stayed here and the moment we came in the front desk This Sweet Lady Brianna Greeted us and made us feel welcome and gave us quality service. We then got to our room and it was very clean and lovely looking. The beds are nice and comfy and we both got a great night's sleep! This company scams people. Saying you smoked in a room, you had a dog in the room, all for 150 dollars for each false violation they claim. I've lived in Simi for 30 years and used this motel many times. Filed a complaint already with the Better Business Bureau, and I'll be going to the Simi Valley Star to tell them what is going on at this poor excuse for a motel.
We stayed at his hotel because its close to the Wedding Moorpark Ranch at a good price and a great pool and Morning Breakfast inside the hotel. I have no complaints at all. We will for sure stay here again and I'll plan far ahead just to ensure a room- I booked 3 weeks in advance but I heard them saying they were booked full the two nights we stayed and it was during the week.
